Rolling Hills Has anyone ever stayed here?

It is right next to Formosa Gardens. I have read a lot of info on The "Home away from Homes" here on the board and it has been wonderful. Thank you. I haven't however heard anything about Rolling hills. I have found a home 3 bdr with their own private pool and spa for 869.00 for w eek in december wich includes heat for the pool. It is 744.00 with out. Does this sound reasonable and please if anyone has heard anything about this subdivision I would love to hear from you.

i stayed in indian creek which is right across the steet. i liked the location of the subdivision; very convenient to wdw and restauants.

i would definitely get the pool heat otherwise the water will be too cold to enjoy. we normally go in early march and went in the pool everyday.

rolling hills looked like a really nice subdivision and the price you got seems pretty reasonable.

We stayed in Rolling Hills for a week back in 2002. I just loved it. The proximity to the parks is a straight shot and the subdivision is quiet and wonderful. You will enjoy staying there!

We stayed in Rolling Hills a few years ago. It was a quick drive to WDW. Very nice neighborhood.
