Rolling Hills Estates: any info?

We found what looks like an incredible deal on a beautiful 6 bedroom pool home in Rolling Hills Estates. Anyone here familiar with Rolling Hills? Your impression of the neighborhood and its location?

Rolling Hills is a very nice sub-division on Formosa Gardens Boulevard and is one of the closest communities to WDW - you can be at the AK parking lot in 5 minutes.

It's perhaps a little bit older than some of the other communities in its immediate vicinity (Formosa Gardens, Indian Creek, Acadia Estates, Emerald Island), although it was certainly one of the premier sub-divisions when it was new. Bear in mind that owners and agents will, understandably, present photos of their villas when they were new, or just refurbished. Enquire about its age and what recent refurbishments have been carried out.

Good advice Deb, THANKS! I've now spoken with the UK owners a few times and heard the new 360 tour was done only 5 months ago.

I had read that some neighborhoods have road construction near or through them and we don't want that for sure.

We're really excited about a pool home so close to WDW.

Do you have a website that you went to to look for a home through them? I am always looking for a better deal!
