Rolling backpacks

I wouldn't do it but I'm sure there are people who have to lug around medical supplies that might. It's not very convenient to leave them at First Aid because then you to have to trudge all the way back there every time you need something.

Medical is explicitly excepted from those rules. So we are back to the set of people who just think this is a good idea.

Disney is Disney and they will refuse admittance to very few into the parks. ("Your child says she's four but you have no pass and no way to verify? *smile* OK - go on through") - Just as chuckle, no one slam me for that.

Yes, I have seen pulled coolers and suitcases and no, I have no idea why someone would travel any major theme park that equipped but I'm not them. The only time I will address the person with such a device is when they impede by progress in a nasty way. If I can avoid, then I do.

Like I said, Disney is Disney and they will trust people to live up to the guidelines (I don't really think Disney has rules) of the parks. Is it really that necessary to confront someone who isn't and they aren't bothering you? And if they are bothering you, why go into a fit? Call over a Cast Member and THEY can explain things.
