Roller Coaster/Rides Passport

HELP!!!

Has anyone come up with a Roller Coaster / Rides Passport? Maybe just a short one with the major rides and their logos listed and with a box so they can check them off after they ride them?

I tried to make one but it didn't come out very well at all.

Space Mountain
Everest
Test Track
Big Thunder Mountain
Soarin
Tower of Terror
Barnstormer
Rockin/ Roller Coaster
and any others I've forgotten

Any Ideas????

What a neat idea, if someone makes one for you, I'd sure love one too lol. My son would really enjoy getting the rides checked off. But of course he won't be doing any of the bigger or scarier rides.
