Rollaway Bed Rental

We are staying at the Boardwalk Villas next month and would like to rent a twin sized rollaway bed (not interested in an inflatable mattress). Any company you can recommend that will deliver to Bell Services if we’re not there? We did this is the past with cribs but it seems harder to find companies that have rollaways. Thanks!

You can't rent a roll-away it violates Fire Code. Sorry it is an inflatable mattress or nothing.

Oh a inflatable mattress also violates the Fire Code but Disney does not know about it. If you could rent a roll-away twin bed from somewhere, and have it delivered then Disney knows about it. It is not about room capacity.

What size Villa are you trying to put a roll-away in, and where do you think you would put it?

For example an inflatable mattress is often used at the Value Resorts, and the space it blocking the door to the room, a Fire Code violation.

The OP mentioned staying at BWV. In the one or 2 bedroom units at BCV, BRV and BWV (SSR used to be included but a twin Murphy was added in the living room) DVC states the rooms sleep so many but if staying on points another guest can stay.
DVC will not provide bedding for that extra person is then stipulated. There is plenty of space to put down an air mattress in one of these rooms and a roll-away bed I don’t believe would be any different other than it is on wheels and higher off the ground.

I’m pretty sure the first major hurdle here is changes to Bell Services in recent years. They stopped taking rentals from 3rd party vendors with the exception of Scooterbug.

Anything rented from outside companies must be personally met for drop off and pick up.

Bell services still take deliveries though, like groceries and Amazon packages, etc (but they will not accept any merchandise that requires a signature, such as alcohol).

There is an ever-so-slight chance that a rollaway bed is available, but it surely is not reliable and it can only be requested after arrival.

It might be possible to order one from Amazon and get delivered to Bell Services?



Buena Vista is a popular rental company. They can no longer drop off at Bell Services though, and for rollaway bed they won’t even deliver.



At that price anyway… might be better just to buy new?

I don't believe WDW Bell Services will accept a roll-away mattress rental even if you find one. They don't provide roll-aways and don't allow them. Have you considered a double-height air mattress?

Zero chance of the BWV having a "rollaway" bed available to request.

You could try the Dolphin

Yes the Dolphin has roll-away beds for a nightly fee. However the Swan does not offer them due to it having larger queen beds vs the double beds at the Dolphin.
