ROLL CALL!!! Who's going in January?!?!

mbb, so you think I'm cruel? The kids love the suspense!! It was their choice!!!!

I am so excited for Growin'upDisney. I wish I could fool my DH, and surprise him with a trip. I would have loved to do it for our 20th which is in two weeks. Maybe for our 25th......

Now that I see this thread, I am getting even more anxious.!! I can't wait!!

I am taking my mom and my daughter January 10 - 16. We are staying at OKW and BWV. :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Okay...my turn. My DH and I are going Jan. 10th - 13th so *I* can run the half marathon. AAAAAAAAHHH! What am I thinking?!! Training is going well so far and I love Disney....hmmm...hope I make it. We currently have ressies at the Contemporary. My boys are going to be so bummed. They are not included on this trip. We normally stay at the Poly, but I thought we'd try a new resort for this trip. Counting down the days and counting up the miles. Wish me luck!:D

Added to post October 24th:
I'm adding the boys to the trip* free *thanks to Disney Visa...but they don't know it yet...shhhhhh!

We'll be there from 12/19 - 01/04... most of it with my DB and family. This will be their first trip to WDW.

Then we'll be back again at the end of Jan for the weekend. I think it's around the 28th or so.

:teeth:

We'll be there! Party of nine, please! Staying at POR Jan. 16-19 for a long weekend trip! That is, after DH & I take our WL/AKL trip for 7 days in Dec.! Counting down the days!

Jan 30-Feb 1
Cheerleaders will be there that weekend, so we will be avoiding the AS resorts!!! Just DH and me for a quick getaway!!!

We are arriving for an 8 night stay on Jan. 1. We will be in a 2 bdrm at the BCV. We have stayed at the Boardwalk Villas before, but this is our first trip home to BCV, so it is very exciting!

Lets all just hope it is warmer than last Jan. Record lows some nights. We had packed our hats and gloves and we needed them in the early a.m. and in the evening.

Arrive MCO January 9, 2004.
Leave MCO January 17th.

Booked 4 nights at CSR, 4 nights at PC.
HOPING for AP rates. (Have AAA now)

Waiting on how Disney handles the travel packages. I am debating on renewing AP's.

The CSR AAA rate is more than I care to pay, esp in value season. We will probably change resorts if I find a better rate elsewhere. (Hoping for another chance at a S/D good rate.) :)
We stayed at CSR before and liked it, but only planned this CSR stay as that was where the marathon expo was to be held. Now it's not, no making CSR a priority choice for us.

DH and I are going on our first ever couples trip from Jan 10-20 ! Staying at Swan, BCV and BWV- it'll be intersting to see how that much switching goes!

We arrive om 12/30 1 night off property at the Marriot World. Then 12/31/03 we head over to the Swan for 1 night then on Jan.1 we will be checikng into the WL until the 5th. Now do I have every one confused. Not hitting the parks until Jan. 1st.

Another January WDW traveler checking in! It was fun to happen upon this thread...it makes me realize that my trip is getting closer! We (DH, DS-10, and me) will be staying at BCV from 1/19-1/26. I heard it was freezing during that time last year, so I am hoping for better weather this year!

Hi everyone! We are going from Jan 11th - Jan 18th. We are staying at the AKL. We had such a great time last January staying here that we decided to do it again this January.
Melissa

We (Me, DH, DS) are arriving Wednesday, January 7th and staying thru Sunday the 18th. I'll be running in the 1/2 marathon on the 11th and we'll be staying at the BWV.

Hoping to see some other DISers while we are there & looking forward to an Illuminations cruise with the Rochester, NY area disney fans!

We'll be arriving Jan 12 -18, staying at BWV the 12th-16th, then 1 night at Pop Cent. Can't wait, this trip w/o the kids and another trip with them in June:bounce:

Will there be anyone left in Michigan the last week of January? Not us either we will be there Jan 24-31 at POR.

I'm waiting to hear whether the convention I was planning on attending is canceled or not, my trip hinges on it. The hotel where it was to be held, Hyatt Orlando, has closed. I hope they choose another location close or on property.

wld-

Going to Florida in January is the only way for Michiganders to stay sane, as I'm sure you know!

Looks like we'll be joining you 1/24 - 2/1 at POR-our minds are pretty much made up to stay there since POFQ is out.

I am so excited, and can't wait to go! We are leaving Philly Dec. 30th, and will arrive the 31st. Staying at a Hampton Inn in Atlamonte Springs, FL (1/2 from WDW) until Jan 3rd...then checking into the All Star Sports for a week...we'll leave disney jan 10th for a long drive home!

What will everyone be packing? I'm thinking a combination of mostly jeans and capri pants?

Good for you Tinks, you will do GREAT! My husband is running the marathon, which he has done for the last two years. The most I can do is find a good spot in Epcot to cheer him on!!

We will be there Jan 9-16th - AND I CAN'T WAIT!!!!:Pinkbounc

Staying at the Polynesian Lagoon View Conceige with Mom, Mom-in-law, Grandma, Brother-in-law, his wife and 2 kids, and our 4 little ones!!! Oh yeah, a another friend and his son!! We did the same thing last year - and we hit snow in Georgia on the way down!!! I hope this year is warmer!!!
