Roll Call Room 7009

Just wonering who has stayed in Room 7009 and what thier thought were. My wife and our now 5 Year old boy went on the 4 day Wonder in 4/02. This was our first cruise and we were surprised to see that the room was actually larger than expected. My boy enjoyed sleeping on the couch every night. We all had the stoch bug at some point on the cruise. The boy was hit 1st, then the wife and I was last to go on the last day.

That's interesting. As of right now, my parents have that room assigned for our Oct. cruise. I just thought it was strange that it was the only Cat 11 room in that section of the ship. What's between that room and the Cat 10 room behind it?

I sure will Fyre, I like the location better than the Cat 10 we had last time. It's close to the kids club and the pool.

It's the fact that it has no split bathroom that makes in an 11 as opposed to a 10 Fyre.

Some people say they don't like the split bathrooms, so having just that one bathroom can't be all bad. Besides, it'll be perfect for my parents. (Just the 2 of them in that room).

It just looks weird on the deckplan to have 1 room as a Cat 11 in that area. The room does look smaller than the Cat 10s, so there must be some storage closet or something mechanical between that and the room behind it. Hey, maybe you can find out on your cruise Carallard!

I will find out, but just a guess, maybe the supply room for the steward or the ice machine? Little over 2 weeks and we will know for sure!

I did remember seeing a small room next to our room that was used for house keeping ect.
