Sorry I missed the wine tasting party. Saturday night is date night for Bob and I so we were at a movie.

Its Burrrrr cold here this morning and lots of people called in
their snow day. Looks like I could be really busy.

I am in the process of making my DVC reservations it has been a hassle since it is a new contract.

Sorry you are having trouble with your ressies Barb. I am sure things will start running smoothly next time. The first time for anything stinks! We missed you Saturday. At least we had your mom!!

We got about 5" of snow last night. A beautiful sight! Maybe even more for later on this week. Maybe we are on a roll. March is our snowiest month so........?

Well you know just thought i'd tell you that hopefully I'll be flying out to work for DCL in just over 3 WEEKS!!!!

When I got home from work today I had a message from the DCL recruiter asking me to get back to him. When I spoke to him he asked me whether I'd made any process on my medical and police background check. Then he told me that he'd called because there was a position open (just became open this morning) on the DISNEY MAGIC!! Flying out on February 25th. Well as you can imagine I was over the moon and sooo happy.

He has now held this position for me and told me that I must tell the doctor when I go for my medical that it is Urgent and also get onto the police and try to speed up my background check. Also that I should start looking at flights, but obviously not to book anything just yet just in case something goes wrong or something shows up on my medical

I AM STILL IN SHOCK, I'M SO HAPPY!!! As long as all goes well I should be back on the Disney Magic as a crew member in less than a month. I believe that I would join the ship on Saturday March 1st.

OH MY GOSH, DARREN !! YOU JUST CAN'T BELIEVE HOW EXCITED WE ARE FOR YOU !! Even my daughter Heidi is excited. She is planning another Magic Cruise. My daughter, Stacey, will be on in Sept for her honeymoon. Oh how I wish I were there with you! I would give you one big HUG. We are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo proud of you! :
