Patti, did they keep your original picture? How rude!! Where were you last night? You would have had a blast and you would have been proud of your adopted sister Bonnie. I would hate to see you two get together...no, maybe I would love it...it would be a blast!!

I had fun with you guys on the computer....can imagine what it would have been like on the cruise....next time don't hide from us...lol.

Hi all.

I received my pin in the mail yesterday. It is not my favorite pin, but one of my favorites. It is an Epcot flower festival pin from 2001. I bought a pin book while we were in WDW, so I won't lose anymore pins.

I am sorry to have missed the wine party last night, but I was not in a celebratory mood after yesterday's events. The 1986 tragedy had a profound effect on me as I saw it live on TV. Yesterday brought it all back. We did make it down to Amish Country. I buy a lot of my staples down there. They are a lot cheaper and you can buy in bulk. Garry, staples as in flour, baking soda and the like, not staples for holding paper together.

Thanks for letting me sleep. But--I didn't need it as much as Bonnie. "Can I go now" seemed to be the favorite phrase of Bonnie at the end and then she gets up at 1am to post or maybe to snoop what we all said. At least Glenn was there for her to talk to!

Wow, Amish country must be cool to go to. We had menonites in So. Dak. but we couldn't buy anything from them.

BONNIE: Had to go back three pages to find out what the Congratulations was all about! Well Congratulations! I hope it includes a big pay raise.
Only the nurses out there can fully appreciate the day I had at work yesterday. Walked in & they said I had nine patients, I am Shift Coordinator & the other 18 patients were covered by two LPNs. It is the only time I refused an assignment & called my Nurse Manager at home Saturday morning at 6:15 A.M. I was ready to walk out & never come back but I know Bonnie wouldn't take me because I HATE computers! Well that's all my venting. I did work with another RN & LPN but we still ended up with 10 plus patients each.

Tried to catch up on "The Boards" but I am sooooo far behind.

Jeanne-what is up with that assignment? That is down right dangerous! Where was everyone? Was this your regular weekend to work or was it overtime? This is the very reason they are passing laws in some states regarding staffing hospitals.

We have 2 openings in the OB dept!!!! And I wouldn't be training anymore so come on over!

Yea, we are getting sleet. Snow will come later. Haven't seen this in a long time. Will be icy in the morning. Yuck!

Sorry Jeanne for the horrible day at work yesterday. I do honestly feel that they push the nurses tooooo far. I have a nurse friend who has told me stories. Just isn't right when you are playing with someones life!!!

We went to the inaugural arena football game today. It was against the Georgia Force. I am NOT into sports what so ever so I just went to people watch. That I do like.

Glad you guys in CO are starting to get your winter weather but I'm ready to stay in the 60s and head to spring!! Today was absolutely beautiful!!!

We finally got some snow...right now enough to cover the ground but it may snow more during the night.....

I finished Patti's album...the last two pages I put in was our Disney family...well what I have of it.....Bonnie, Susan, Lori, Sandy, Denine and Krista plus their familes....if I don't have a picture of you I would really like to have one so I can add it to our albums....

Guess I will go to bed where it is warm...the house feels cold so it must be really could out.

Yes Bonnie I have several pictures of you...the one I used I took on the ship....I have pictures of all my daughters EXCEPT Julie.....

The ground is covered with snow this morning....a welcome sight for our poor dry ground....bet my crocus wonder what happened!
