Laurie has definitely started something here. I'm having hot chocolate with Bailey's again tonight!! The snow didn't last but there is a patch or two still visable so I guess it calls for hot chocolate again.

Turner is feeling better so I took him to see Kangaroo Jack today. I can tell he's not at 100% yet becasue he didn't even want popcorn!

Well, I guess Darren will be leaving the ship tomorrow. It sounds ike he had a fantastic time. Hopefully, he'll be going home only to pack up and move to the ship soon!

I was so frustrated that I wasn't going to even try to get on the Boards this morning and low & behold it let me on Yea! Yea!

Last night was the OB Holiday Party with 350 guests! The doctors pay for the entire thing with an open bar, sit down dinner & live band. We really had a great time. My 22 year old son was my date & the only reason he would go is because of the "open Bar".

I am sooooo excited I can hardly wait until the game tomorrow. GOOOOOOO EAGLES

Julie- I love Pampered Chef stuff I use to have a party 2 times a year. I stopped having them because it seems it is so hard to get people to come to any kind of party, Everyone is so busy. I would like a catalog. How would that work if I ordered anything??

Two years ago we went to see Toy Story on ice. It was cute. I just saw where Toy Story2 is coming in a few months. I wish it was Disney Princesses Jaymee loves the Princesses, I guess that is why she has her heart set on getting married in Disney.

I am only 12 days away from making my first Disney Vacation Club reservation! I am sooooo excited. I wonder how hard it will be to get my request around New Years.

What is the deal about the beverage thing?

Well its off to Kristen's basketball game and then tonight she is sleeping at my parents and John and I are off to Milwaukee to take in a new mexican restaurant with some friends!! Ole!!

It is real cold here! Last night it was in the low single digits! Garry said it was bitter cold last night. It isn't gonna get any warmer until maybe the end of next week.

Hi guys! I guess I need to go get a bottle of Baileys. I love it, but only seem to have it at other peoples houses around the holidays. Enough of THAT.

Boy am I making money this weekend. After pulling 12 at work Friday, I started call, went home, watched a little TV, took a shower, crawled into bed and got called right back in again from 1am-4:30am. Tried to get back to sleep and got about 3 hours before the kids got up. Got called back in today twice, but at least it was during a more convenient part of the day. Now I'm home sweet home... all by myself... rambling my life story out onto a message board. LOL
Ben is with Cody at the National Western Stock Show seeing a "Wild West" show. The whole Tiger Cub scout den is there together. The Den leader picked that particular show as it had Cancan dancers as part of the variety. Ha. They are teaching these boys the foundation of behaving like 'bigger' boys, so soon.

Katie is being an extra in a movie tonight. A friend of hers gets little parts here and there, and got Katie hooked up. She is SO excited. Tonight's thing is just an actors workshop type of project but they needed child extras dressed in Halloween costumes. We'll get to go see her on 'the big screen' at a theater that gets rented for screening of these project movies. Wish I could be there to watch it all, but when I'm on call, I have to be within 30 minutes of the hospital, and this place was about a 45 min drive. She'll have SO much to tell me about, I'm sure. (Her friends Mom is driving and picking up both girls.)

Bonnie, do you think Darren will let you share the big news with us???

Clare and I both have colds, nothing big, but just don't want to get out of the house.
David is working ungodly hours, trying to get conversion done. Something like 8am-2 am every day.

Hey, where's Patti. I am coming to New Mexico,and don't even remember where they are. Any help? Mom? Anyone.

Denine called yesterday evening and we talked for about an hour. It didn't work out for us to go meet them since Turner still isn't up to par. The stomach flu has now changed to the congestion/sore throat/cough and he's only eating a few saltines and soup (and not very much of that). I didn't want to get Denine, Jerry or Kaleigh sick so we didn't go meet them.

It sounds like they had a great time. Kaleigh got to be loved a lot by Pooh!! Denine says she took pictures so maybe she'll share with us. They'll be coming through here again in May so maybe if we are around we can hook up then SINCE WE WILL ALL BE HEALTHY BY THEN!!!! I'll let her share her teh rest of her trip report with everyone.

Lori - gotta keep that Bailey's on hand. Thanks to Laurie and the freezing cold weather here, I am indulging daily now. You made me tired reading about how much you are working this weekend!! This is my long weekend with 1/2 day Friday and Monday off but I'm spending it taking care of Turner (and drinking Bailey's). I hope Ben (I mean, Cody) liked the Cancan dancers!!LOL And, I hope Katie had a good time too.

Julie - You leave Bonnie alone this weekend!!! Play nice!!

Barb, we went to Toy Story on Ice a couple of years ago, too. Wasn't too bad. Glad to see your post. MISSED YOU! Was wondering what happened to you!!!!!!!!! What are your plans for your DVC trip?

Laurie and Susan, sounds like you two can come up with any excuse for a Baileys. I know that I have had it before but can't remember. Is it like Kahlua? Heidi brought back from Mexico Kahlua for me. It is in such a cute bottle. The shape of the Kahlua man. She knew I love the bushwackers.

Baileys is Irish Cream. Not quite like Kahlua but Kahlua is not bad anytime either. Denine told me last night to try Frangelica in the hot chocolate. I don't have any on hand so I'll have to wait to go buy some to try. What's in a bushwacker?
