Roll aways at additional cost?

When I was originally booking my reservation for the PBH, I went on-line, and went through the whole process until the final booking screen. It listed the various rooms, and when I selected the deluxe room, it stated the deluxe could accommodate "5 people with a roll away at no additional charge".

I decided not to book on-line (hate putting my visa # on line!), so phoned instead. The woman said the roll away would be $25 a night extra. I mentioned that their website said no additional charge on the final screen. She was very surprised to hear that, and went off to get her supervisor. The supervisor said, if that's what the website says, print it off and present to them at check-in, that they'd have to honour it.

I checked the final screen for standard rooms and it does definitely say additional charges for a roll away, but the deluxe room specifically says no charge. So, I printed it off, and will see how it goes when we check in!

Wow, I guess going deluxe gets you the free roll away. I do hope they honor the website print out. I wonder why it would be free through the site and $25 over the phone.

I know that at the HRH the Deluxe with 2 Queens is 500 sq ft and has a pullout sofa, therefore no rollaway is needed, but I had been told that a pullout was not guarunteed at the PBH.
