ROL dining package vs hc seating

I'm planning a trip in the fall. I use a scooter. Trying to decide whether I should (A) get the dining package (B) fastpass it (if it's a FP attraction - like Fantasmic) or (C) get in line and just use hc seating. If I get the dining package is the seating better? Or since I have a scooter will that offset the perk of using the package (the meal isn't the perk for us)

Not sure how soon you are going, but right now, most suggestions seem to be dining package or FP. I think the closer the trip, the more need for FP or dining package. I am going in June and my sister was very firm that she wants to see this so I have a FP for the night we arrive since we might want to get out a bit after the long car ride. I also have a dining package for the next day in case we do not make it there Saturday or she wants to see it again.
