ROL Dining Package for Nov

My 180 is tomorrow. Can I book a ROL Dining package at Tusker House tomorrow for Nov? If so, where do I do that? And if not, what thread/page do I follow so I will know when to book it?

My rol September dining package wasn't avail when I was at my 180 days. They e slowly been releasing them. You'd have to keep an eye on it to catch when they release the rol packages for November
