ROKU at Disneyworld resorts!

Has any one brought there roku to Disney and was successful in hooking up to watch in the room. Is it possible with the new wi-fi. Thanks!

Sorry, not familiar but if it requires high speed I wouldn't count on it working, the WIFI signal we had at the GF in December was iffy.

The Wifi at AKV was so bad I could not even download my e-mail.

The Wifi at Wilderness Lodge was horrible. I couldn't get my email and it was driving me batty. One day I sat in the GF while my daughter was at an Alice thing at 1900 and was able to do some work stuff

What is ROKU? I can't imagine needing to take something else with me to do at WDW. There's too much down there to fit in already.

Roku is a device to stream instant Netflix movies.

We tried streaming Netflix using Wifi on our phones and it didn't work well. Even surfing the Internet with the wifi was painfully slow. This was at CR in Jan.
