DVC has Right-of-First-Refusal (ROFR) on all resale contracts. Once an offer has been accepted by a seller it must be submitted to Disney who then has the option to purchase the contract on the same terms as already agreed. The seller has nothing to lose- they will get the same amount already agreed upon.
