the event that Disney exercises their ROFR ?? What happens to the buyer and what happens to the seller ??

Could someone explain this to me. Thank you.

The seller would get exactly the same offer they had already accepted (paid by Disney). The buyer would get any deposit returned.

In other words, the seller sells their DVC interest and the buyer gets nothing other than what they have already put down. And they start over again with another resale.
