Me too, thirty days today. From what I understand, watching threads, most got their news on Wednesdays, so I've been trying to play it cool. I feel like I'm gonna jinx myself if I call.

Ours only took 21 days, we were advised on a Tuesday.

Congrats on your ROFR! We were selling a contract that needed a separate addendum they said would start the ROFR clock all over again, but it passed only 14 days later. My buyer kept the line of communication hot though hehe.
