That small should usually be a direct contract. Waive the closing costs and get previous years points included as well…. unless it’s a 2042 resort… Disney charging full boat for those points is ludicrous….We should have a contest - who can hold out the longest. I’m at 986…and I can’t decide if I should sell a contract to ease the temptation - OR - grab a 25 pt somewhere

That's where we were recently... but then I decided we needed 33 points since that's the closest I am likely to get to Club 33...
Real question for those in the 1000 point club. What do you do with all those points? Is it many short Disney trips during the year in studios, 1BRs? Grand villas? Spontaneous trips?
I'm not quite 1,000, but next year, we're planning 23 nights in 1 BR villas (one 7-night trip and two 8-night trips). One of those weeks is the week of Easter (our spring break every year), and I anticipate that will be our most common time to visit WDW as the kids get older. In the future, I anticipate our family will eventually move to 2 BR villas and/or occasionally splurge for CCV cabins or GVs if we decide to go less frequently.
