And factor in (likely) higher closing costs.Totally agree. Especially only to save $2500.

Either way it’s a valuable data point and I’m glad @emchen shared it.The minimum direct buy in for new members is 100 points though. This is likely going to a local Disneyland-only family. And as we are past Dec 1, there are no 2023 points direct even for December use year.

All true except minimum buy in is 150 and the contract is going to a MA family trust. My thought is they will borrow and bank for a trip to Anaheim once every two to three years. The minimum direct buy in for new members is 100 points though. That is so funny. Almost as far away from being a Disneyland local as one can be.All true except it is going to a MA family trust. My thought is they will bottow and bank for a trip to Anaheim once every two to three years.
I also thought this was surprising. That is so funny. Almost as far away from being a Disneyland local as one can be.
I think this makes it even less likely it’s a non-DVC member and therefore the 100 point minimum wouldn’t apply.

I'm not sure if this was the best price for SSR but nevertheless, Add-on-itis hits hard when you come back from your first DVC vacation!
It’s a race to the bottom which website feels more broken on mobile (here or Fid)I don’t make an offer for a few days and prices really shoot up like crazy huh. Would 300pp be considered a lowball?
Fidelity's website went wonky last week and they still haven't fixed it!I don’t make an offer for a few days and prices really shoot up like crazy huh. Would 300pp be considered a lowball?
I think 295pp gets it. But would it ever make it through ROFR at that price!Fidelity's website went wonky last week and they still haven't fixed it!
How am I going to lowball their listings if they can't get the website up and running?

They are asking $304pp for a small VGC!I don’t make an offer for a few days and prices really shoot up like crazy huh. Would 300pp be considered a lowball?
