After seeing this I am finding it very difficult not to put in a $65 bid on that vacatia Aul contract.

Correct. That particular listing stated that paying the 22 and 23 dues was needed and so I offered a price that I feel took that into account.

$85+8ish for 22 reimb still puts this the 1 of the lowest AUL I have seen all of 2022 maybe. Well done!

I've had great experiences with Fidelity agents Shawn and Bonnie and with Evy as the processing agent.

Yes, I've used all of them (as well as Amy) and they were excellent.

Thank you. I’m new to DVC, but have probably put in 60+ hours of YouTube, podcast, and DIS boards time over the last month studying this thing.

We are based in Portland , Oregon and have gone to Disneyland once or twice a year since 2010, but my wife grew up in SoCal and has been going her whole life (including being a cast member for seasonal work). We went to Aulani in October and the kids loved it. Being Disney people, it felt like home. We also were spoiled when we rented points for a 2BD lake view BLT for a WDW trip in 2021.

Once I got the initial contract(s) and UY locked in I figured I could be more selective with the last piece of the puzzle.

Our kids are 13 and 9 and the goal is for our family to be able to stay in a 2BR OV every year or a 3BD GV OV every other year when kids are older and have significant others. We also look forward to switching it up from time to time by making it out to a WDW property.

Now, let’s get these across the finish line and see what our March trip to Disneyland brings us (new tower for sale!?!)

If you are referring to the AUL Dec 330pt contract listed at $80, 632 2022/330 2023, it says Sale Pending now. What a deal !!! I do wonder if the buyer had to pay back 2022 MFs, I would say probably yes, but still very good buy

I think the BW could make it, the BLTs, I would lean more towards Disney grabbing them back
