They have been accurate, I used the word projection because I believe they get voted on at annual meeting so aren’t official until then

Considering DVD selects all it's own people as board members, there's approximately a 0.00% chance (give or take 0.0) it won't get approved. The only adjustments come later when actual property tax bills come out which, at least recently, ends up being a small credit on the following year's statement.

Yeah that price is way too good of a deal for DVD to pass.

First offer ever and wasn't even planning on it until I saw the contracts. Found the same seller having two contracts. I decided to just take the plunge as I like the flexibility of the smaller contracts. I am paying 2019+2020 fees since I am getting all the points.

There's a few more coming better than that one and I'm aware of and that's the concern. The only silver lining is Disney going on a binge to complete the waitlist of those wanting direct. My continued wondering is who in the world would want to pay a 40% premium for VGC direct.
