No magic Vacation Title sends that after receiving your initial documents and deposit. It doesn't mean you have actually passed ROFR yet.
ETA we worked with *** twice (once the seller was a liar who said there were 2 year's worth of points that he had actually used prior to listing the contract and did the same thing with his other contract) as well as our successful BLT purchase. Both time we got the documents you are talking about within a few days of sending in the contract and deposit. The first never passed ROFR because once Disney said the contract didn't match the avail points we cancelled the sale and the second passed ROFR a week or more after we got those documents to complete. The good news is that ROFR has been pretty fast recently as opposed to taking 25-30 days like it had for a long time.
Thanks for this. Good to know. This is the first time using *** so I wasn't sure what to expect with this email. I had wishful thinking though because I did notice the Disney has been fast with their decisions lately (hopefully I didn't jinx it just now **knock on wood**).
