Me too! We bought in 2023 and couldn’t be happier. With the incentives the cost was in the low $160s pp as I recall, so it feels like we got direct points at resale prices. And the low maintenance fees are making it a great purchase over the life of the contract. We feel so fortunate to have chosen that particular time to venture into DVC!

Aware the contract is very stripped but we’re not planning on going back until 2027 anyway and the seller is covering 2026 dues. Thought it was a good price until I saw some of the prices here! Happy regardless and hoping it passes!
