August ROFR per DVCRM was 14 days. Sent 8/27 was 14 days ago, so….should be any day now?

Yes I was hoping mine would go quick too but coming up on day 19 so far. I bet the two weeks was just a fluke.

Way quicker than I thought and the estoppel issued at the same time! AND we got the closing doc two hours later! I hope that doesn’t mean we should have offered lower. Regardless, we’re thrilled! It has full points coming and it matches up with our BCV contract. Great timing for Food and Wine and the holidays.

ROFR speed and closing doc receipt time has nothing to do with price. Estoppel and ROFR always happen at the same time not sure why that one one broker likes to say “DVC did it in one fell swoop”.

I've been out of the DVC game for some time. A lot going on with family and work. Seems like the ROFR monster is pretty much still dormant and prices have roughly stabilized...missing anything new?

Hoping the thread posts correctly but happy to adjust if not. I put in that we are sellers on this one in the “other” section and this was the generated thread! We finally decided to do direct DVC with the most recent round of incentives (and on our most recent trip). So, selling this one to offset the cost. We are sacrificing some points but decided it’s worth it for us (after swearing direct va resale could never be worth it lol). And feeling very fortunate that when we factor in all the points used we made it out without losing value (and maybe even making a little).

This gives me hope - I have a contract that was sent on 9/2!
