Getting nervous as I see a few contracts submitted to ROFR a few days before mine come back. I'm waiting on a $85pp 160 point SSR contract 210/2025 160/26 160/27 sent on 6/11.

That recent SSR buy back has me nervous...

I’m surprised mine from 6/14 would come back already and you’re still waiting.
DVC Title and Escrow is taking their sweet time with this one. Still don’t have my closing docs to sign this morning, and I’m of course very antsy because of all the confusion with the emails of which party was which. Wondering when it’s acceptable to start bugging them for the docs…if I didn’t have an end of June trip for next year I need the points for I’d be a lot more chill about all this.

Yeah they keep saying 1 to 2 days. It's been almost 24 hours already.

If only I could find a BLT October UY contract with the same economics. I got close on one before I put the offer in on this one - even gave the seller one last chance to meet my price point (which still would not have been as good a deal as this one), but couldn’t get them to do it. So CCV SAP, it is!

That was a good one! I considered jumping on that one too, but was in a moment of deciding I was going to wait . I was also so confused by those 320 points where apparently none were banked. But, even if you assume you can’t use them, it was still a pretty good deal for an BLT Oct UY. Congrats!
