Here we go again boys and girls! The first contract got taken probably because I didn't post on this thread. BUT, the 2nd one (BWV) passed probably because I did! Coincidence? Hopefully my superstition rings true and we pass because I need these points to book our trip in June 18'! Fingers Crossed Again!

Found out today that we passed! Hope to close in 3 weeks, gotta get our room booked for our June 2018 trip!!!

How has your agent contacted you so far? Our Fidelity contact was all by email from offer to closing.

We're using The Timeshare Store, and they let us know by email also.

Bonnie from Fidelity called me to say the seller accepted my offer. The paperwork was all email.

Haha. I reserve the right to inject a star wars clip whenever appropriate. As to your actual question, your broker will let you know when they hear back, which is typically in 1-45 days. (only slightly facetious there -- it's fairly random how long it takes but usually not more than a month or so worst case)

Just checked in with the title company looking to see if they heard back from Disney and it turns out they sent it to Disney on 9/25 rather than the 9/11 I first reported....frustrating! I guess I will wait a bit longer!

Was it because of the storm?

Mine could’ve been sent around 9/10 if it wasn’t because of the storm and if Disney hadn’t taken so long with the estoppel.

Shawn Ray, who was our contact at Fidelity, emailed us 10 days after it was submitted for ROFR that it passed.
