What is the shortest amount of time it has taken for Disney to decide ROFR? I know it can take 30 days, just wondering...

*12 days from offer to ROFR * pretty good turn around with Labor Day and a Major Hurricane in the mix. So grateful for their hard work on my behalf.

*I was so excited by my per point price but after reading so many of these posts I feel like I over paid. BUT I'm a soon to be DVC owner none the less.

That is a fine deal, btw. Do not worry about others you see. The differences are miniscule and sometimes there are other factors invovled.

That is a CRAZY price for VGF!!! I really hope it passes!

I am in full panic mode on this contract...I know deep down that Disney will probably snap this one up but I have read other posts saying they rarely take VGF. Do I realistically have any hope here?

My agent told me a date and that was the first date I posted. There was a delay, so I found out the actual day it was sent was Sept. 18. I double checked today. Sorry about the confusion. First time buying resale.

Yay!!!!! It passed!!!! And quickly too - a little more money than going rate but it was perfect for us. Just the right number of points, use year, and resort to add onto our original DVC purchased points back in 2004. First time attempting and now successfully buying resale in 13 years.

Yay! Passed ROFR on our first try...and super quickly too. It only took 7 days! Which now makes me wonder if we overpaid and should have negotiated the price more. Like Disney took one look and said that's a horrible deal and immediately declined to take it . All jokes aside, I'm !
