Just found out our AKV did not pass. We are bummed. I guess $95 a point is not enough or there was a waiting list to fill for December use year.

I'm SO sorry!

I saw that a few people who submitted on 7/18 were told on 8/8, so I am hoping to hear next week? But I also read that several people had their contract taken for SSR, so I am anxious. It has made me stalk my email more than I probably should.

We put in offers on 3 contracts; this is the first one that was not already taken. Here is to hoping!

I'm really nervous because it's a Dec use year and there seems to be a pattern with them taking contracts who's use year is coming up, plus it's loaded. We already own 150 (direct) w/Dec use year at AKV and need the same use year. I'm really hoping they waive because its a larger contract. What do you think our odds are?
