I realize that, I have sold contracts before. But, they absolutely have an influence on the process and advise sellers on if they think an offer is fair, etc.

I have sold too, about 8 contracts so far, and not once did a broker tell me if an offer was fair or not.

They presented and I decided. They certainly gave me advice before listing on what they thought I should do, based on what I told them, but not once offers came.

So, my experience with the brokers I used once we decide on listing was a bit different than your experience.

I could definitely be wrong about that. That's why boards like this are helpful for asking questions and educating yourself on what are reasonable offers, etc. I have only sold three contracts and it has been a few years, so I could certainly be misremembering.

Is there any way you could (within the rules) give us an experience with who was easy to deal with?

bama314---$105-$22821-210-BCV-Feb-0/24, 35/25, 210/26- sent 1/10, passed 1/31

Was hesitant about buying a 2042 resort, but felt good about the price on this one!
If you are planning to regularly stay in BCV studios or 2 bedrooms, this will save you a lot of money vs rack rates over the remaining years.

I wouldn’t recommend BCV as SAP, but if you love it and want to stay there every year, I would absolutely snatch it up around $100.

We have actually never stayed there. We own BLT and OKW and have tried to stay at BCV a few times at the 7 month mark, but it never worked out. We love BWV and have stayed there a few times. I was looking for a contract at either BWV or BCV and this one came up.

Trust me you will NOT regret that purchase. When you're in your room and on your bed 5 minutes after leaving Epcot you'll laugh about the $105 price tag!

We are very much looking forward to our next BCV stay for exactly this reason (though we didn't snag ours for $105...).

Our most recent stay was at BWV in a room ending in x002...I think the walk just in the BWV hallways was nearly 5min.

5 min might be generous! Feel closer to HW than Epcot.

The best is 4th of July when the end of the line for the sky liner is farther than my room 🤣

To be fair I actually don't care much for the rooms. Even the resort, save the pool, isn't anything spectacular. However the allure of BC is best described by the old real estate adage, "location, location, location". Same for BWV, which I actually like better in terms of "feel". But how can you beat Crescent Lake. What a great area to be lodged at. It's why I put Swan and Dolphin above many of the other Disney resorts.

TBH, I have bought or sold with pretty much all the big players out there and never had an experience that wasn't good. Some allowed to be discussed and others who are not.

I will say, though, that I went in knowing what I wanted for my sales...quicker was always more important....and so setting the price was easy (it was almost always below recommended)....and getting it sold quickly was easy.
