Still waiting! Starting to get nervous. Our first try at DVC resale.

We passed! Got in touch with the agency yesterday, they emailed Disney, heard back very quickly. I'm not quite sure who dropped the ball, but we're back on track now. Supposedly closing early next month; I'll have my fingers crossed.

Yep, tough luck. Loaded contract at a good price at SSR. That's a recipe for being taken by Disney here lately.

Can I ask. Did you have it setup for the seller to pay closing costs and maintenance fees? $85 x 150 is $12,750 exactly.

Just doing a little research.
