Always late afternoon between 3 -5 pm CST. My AKV contract that passed was @ 25 days and the BW contracts were taken @ 19 days, 9 days and @ 20 days.
Good luck... I really hope you pass...I am signing another BW contract today... This will be the fourth one. If your contract doesn't pass then there is probably not much hope for my next one. Keeping my fingers crossed for you...the waiting is so stressful.

I e-mailed the broker to see if they had heard anything. Got a fairly generic response saying everything was "looking good and moving forward as scheduled...should have an answer by June 12th" which would be 30 days.

I am waiting for Tardisblue's answer too. Could be a clue if my contract has a chance or not. Seems like asking prices have come down a lot, but if Disney just ROFR's them, asking price is irrelevant to the actual market price anyway, right? Hoping you hear soon Tardis.

On which websites do you see lower asking prices? I don't see much movement at all, but I do see some accepted offers looking better, so maybe I am looking at the wrong sales sites.

Completely unscientific, just my own observations (which could very well be flawed). I just felt like toward the beginning of the year, most BWV's were in the low $100's, now I feel like I am seeing more high $90's again. Plus, on DVC Resale Market, there are a lot of "reduced!" listings for BWV.
