Another point that was mentioned to me as a seller was that setting it too close to the 30 days is not an advantage because the buyer can walk, Disney doesn’t buy it back, and now they are stuck. Sellers need to get things notarized so most want a week built in for that.

So while I agree that they have an incentive because of Disney, I think it also helps a seller too in some instances,

Of course, prior to this year, the process going beyond 30 days was pretty rare.
