When a ROFR is waived by DVC it is recorded as a 'notice' on comptrollers site. Do you know how it is recorded if DVC exercises the ROFR?

If DVD exercises ROFR, then it will file a Warranty Deed with the county. The above post also explains how to retrieve specific warranty deeds.
