Rocker Chick Comic Idea

I'm coming up with a webcomic, but need some input on whether or not this idea sounds good first. It's about an all girl rock band. There's more info here:

Does this sound like a good idea to you? I need the encouragement.

Here's the drummer, Sophie:

Like I said, I need the encouragement really bad. This takes a lot of time, and being as I'm a college student with a job (yes, I know I'm in the teen forum and I'm 21, sorry ), I don't want to spend the little free time I have on something that people will not even notice. So in order for me to pursue this, I NEED support, so if you could please check the link, comment on the journal, and add and fave the Sophie drawings, it would help me so much, and I would be able to continue this.

I have two other characters on the way. If I get enough interest in what I have so far, I'll start on the other characters and begin the comic process right away. I just need to know if there is a big enough interest first. Thanks guys!

1. try a different name other than sophie
2. i like it did u draw her?

Why don't you like the name Sophie? I love it.

And yes, I drew her. I need all the support I can get with pageviews, faves, and comments on my deviantart so I can continue this by drawing the other band members and making webcomics. If I don't get enough support, I can't use my time on something no one is even looking at.

So please, show me some love, people. Thanks!

well i like sophie but if u look at her character, she's more punk than sophie... what about Kendra or Bridgett but her nickname be Bridge in her band! and i would love to read ur comics!

Thanks fort he input, I'll consider that. Bridgett is actually a very nice name.

And yes, there will be boys. I've got it all planned out. Just need a high enough interest and I'll be able to get this going. I'm very happy you're interested in it, thanks again for the input.

1. make her under 20, make her like 16, 17, or 18
and i would fix that cause she look young...

Ok, I'll check.

Also, I will probably take your advice and make her a little younger, but not a whole lot younger. Instead of making highschool aged girls, I want to go with college aged. So I'll probably end up making her 19.
