yo man.. the concert was ****ing crazy
opening acts (in order of appearance):
obie trice- did like 4 or 5 songs, including his verse from Love Me.. he did a couple songs i haven't heard before, which may be from his upcoming album.
bone crusher- wow. he knew how to get the crowd hype. did about 3 songs, and Never Scared to close- when that sht came on, everyone was moshing, even up in the cheap seats.
fabolous- fking garbage. i was sitting down reading the program throughout his whole show. he had 2 sidekicks with him- half the time i couldnt tell which one was him, they were all dressed the same.
none of the opening acts had any special pyrotechnics, dancers, stage props, or backdrops. (except for Fabo who had his name spelled out in lights).
main acts:
snoop- mad good. he did about 10 songs, including some classic snoop songs (187 on tha mothafkin block!!!, gin and juice, fk tha police, etc..). he also did Beautiful which went pretty ill. he had a lotta fine dancers. the crowd started to get really into the show at this point. one thing about this act- snoop had a live band along wit a dj. i thought this would be ill, but it did more damage than good. the band kept drowning out snoops voice.
busta- WOW !!!!! busta really knows how to work the crowd. not one person was seated in the entire place. him and spliff star work great together. im a lil dissappointed that he didnt do any ol school songs (i was hopin he'd do Woo Hah!). when Break Ya Neck came on, everyone was wildin out. even big Wick had his shirt off spinnin it ova his head, hahah. busta did about 10 songs.
50- jeeeezzz!!! this ish was bananas. the highlight of the show. him, lloyd banks, and young buck ripped sht. whoo kidd was awesome on the 1's and 2's. 50 started his act by jumping off part of the backdrop onto the stage. the backdrop was coo- it was a NYC skyline. ummm what else.. he did about 15-20 songs, including some new and exclusive sht (Baby if you get on your knees). he was talkin **** about Chingy.. g-unit did their own version of "Right Thurr" over the beat- fkin sick! 50 also did a lotta sht talkin about Ja, Ashanti, and all of murda inc.
in closing.. theres only a few more shows left on the tour, but if theyre coming to you, i HIGHLY recommend seeing it. it's well worth the money.
