Don't know if this has been posted, but it's now on the official list:

Rock 'N' Roller Coaster will be closed for refurbishment
September 6 - September 16.

:( :( :( :( :( :(

Thats a shame.. but it really hasn't been rehabbed since it opened, has it?

I'm sorry to hear that for you!

Whew!!! I feel bad for the folks going during that time, but I'm really happy that it will be open while we're there, this is one of our fav rides!!

Pam

Oh no!!! This was the first trip we were going to get a chance to do it...bummer!

Oh well...I guess that's why it's slower in September.

Still looking forward to our trip, though! Can't wait!

Oh man!!!! First the Lion King and now this. I guess lots of rehabs happen in Sept. since it's not as crowded. :( Figures. We'll be at WDW the 7th-14th.

Well, if the dates day as they are, we can get in our rides! After a three trip, we finally did this last November and it is now our favorite! Never thought I'd do an upside down coaster but this one is great.

Just hope the start date doesn't drift earlier!

Sharon

Just missed this one - we're leaving on the 5th. It's bad enough we're missing MTMRR and FOTLK - don't think I could have taken this one being down too...

I hate to sound nasty but I am getting a little irritated - that is the main reason we go to MGM !! The main reason we go to MK is for my son to ride Thunder Mountain !! Grrrrrrr !! I know I will have plenty of other things to see and do but ..... MAN !!!

From your countdown it looks like you'll be arriving Sept 6. That stinks and I sympathize.

Oh thank goodness! Sorry, but when we go BTMR is going to be down, I don't think I could handle both of them at the same time not working!

I'm gonna have to join the irritated group here and say how dissapointed I am in all of the rehabs that will be going on while we are there. :(

Two major rides p BTMRR and RNR? RNR is our favorite - so now we will be going to IOA. I totally understand rehabs, but man, there seem to be tons the week we are there. Guess we will make the most of it, but I am just crushed that we are going to miss these attractions!

Here is the official list of rehabs from the official website:

At least RnR and ToT don't overlap each other!

Does anyone know how Disney is about hitting the rehab schedule? We are going to be there Sept 18-28. The RNRC rehab should be done on the 16th. I hope they keep true to the schedule.

Sorry some of you will miss the ride, but I'm glad they are rehabbing it. We haven't ridden RnR our last two trips because it had gotten so rough. We went on it twice last March, and DD got a headache both times. Diana

They're usually pretty good about getting it done ontime.

Unless they run into problems, usually all rehabs are done within the time frame announced.
