Rochester Airport? Delta?

Has anyone out there flown out of Rochester Airport, NY? How was it?

And has anyone flown with Delta?

I really want to go back down to Disney but flights from here are so $$$$$. Flying Delta out of Rochester might be my least expensive option.

We have not flown out of Rochester, but have flown from both the Buffalo and Syracuse airports. We much prefer flying from either of those locations than from Pearson.

The airports are smaller and much easier to navigate. Its great clearing customs at the border in your car rather than before your flight (so you don't need to be at the airport as early......particularly good if you have an early morning flight). And the flight prices can be significantly cheaper than flying from Canada.

We love Jetblue, which flies non-stop from both Buffalo and Syracuse (maybe Rochester too? I am not sure). Free seat selection, free checked bag per person, free snacks, TV's on every seat, and tons of leg room. We have flown Sunwing, AirTran, Jetblue, and DS has also flown WestJet and Air Canada, and Jetblue is by far our favourite airline (though DS really liked AC as well). Jetblue will also offer you a credit on a future flight if your flight price goes down after booking.

We live between Buffalo and Rochester and fly out of both airports. We fly out of Buffalo to Orlando because we like the non-stop flights from Southwest and Jetblue. They don't charge for seat assignments or baggage. Both airports are small and easy to get through! Delta is a good airline, but no non-stops to Orlando from either airport.
