It's a fun little show. It gives the Deadtropolis area more character and gets the cast involved. The actual Robosaurus portion of the show drags a lot though. It takes him quite a while to basically lift a car, munch on it, and then let it fall to the ground. You can definitely tell he's old school.
We saw it tonight for the first time.
A few weeks ago we took an afternoon tour. Our guide said this one is not the larger one they had in the past. They don't have the stoarge now for the larger one.
I will try to remember to post pictures tomorrow. I took several. We stood for 40 minutes to see it. So we were in front. But night time photos can be iffy for me. And the camera was having a hard time focusing because of the lights/flames surrounded by darkness. But I should have a few decent ones to post.
We thought it was pretty cool!
Oh -- and I do have a lot of daytime photos in it's resting pose. Did you know it has a CA license plate (tag)?
Here are a few photos I snapped 10/15/06. Not the greatest, but you get an idea of the size.
They had a emptied out car. Robosaurus picked it up and not only crushed it in his hands, but placed the vehicle in his mouth and crushed it with his jaws.
I will upload some photos of Robo resting during daylight hours too.
