Robert in food court at CBR

Dear Manager,

Robert, who works mornings in your food court, was amazing to our 3 year old son and our family during our last visit to Disney World.

Robert was out-going, friendly and, in our opinion, an employee who deserves recognition for making our breakfast time and special time. While keeping the food court clean and being friendly to all the guests, Robert gave our son stickers and reminded him to sit (not stand) on the chair.

To this day, our son remembers Robert’s name – amazing for a 3 year old.

Please tell Robert “thank you” for making our experience a magical one!

FYI - Someone from Disney left me a message on my home phone thanking me for my letter on Robert. They said he and his supervisor have been given copies and said many pleasantries.

WOW - that made my day. Robert will be given outstanding praise for his service.
