Did not have a nice experience with Robert checking us in. He refused to even try to put our three families on the same floor even though I had called Guest Services the previous week and asked since we would be staying for a full week. The manager seemed to have no problems, though.
Then he was really rude when explaining about filling out the forms, "If you would just listen to me, I will tell you how to do it."
He also refused to give the Loews welcome gift even though the other two families had gotten it.
Go figure. Anyone else have problems with Robert? The manager said that he was one of their best and he had never had a complaint about him before.
