Robe Sizing for Kids

Hi! I am wanting to purchase two universal robes for my boys before their surprise trip. Im confused about sizing...

one child is 7.5, 49" tall and 58 lbs, one child is 12, 57" tall and 86 lbs

which size robes do you recommend? any help is greatly appreciated!

Go larger than you think you'll need. Just worry about the height of the robe, and make sure they won't trip. If it is super-large the most you will have to do is to roll up the sleeves a bit, and safety pin so it stays. That is attractive anyway since it shows the lining.

We ended up going the substantially cheaper party city route (less than $20!) because i was concerned on spending that amount of money and not knowing if it was going to work. It was super easy to go that way and then i hemmed it as needed.
