On the flip side, as I was making some ADRs at Whispering Canyon (since I figure it will be even more busy with Roaring Forks closed), 3 of the CMs are Disney Dinning told me I was wrong & the food court was open/never was closed/not going under any refurb now or anytime soon. Only 1 of the CMs knew.
Roaring Forks is open as we just ate there last Friday night (1/6). The seating area is what is being refurbished. There are a few tables to eat at in the hallway.

I had never eaten there before so I don't know what might be different in the food area, but they had grab n' go stuff (salads, pizzas, sandwiches) and you could also order "meals" (I had fish and chips) and they call your number when it's done cooking. The fish n' chips was delish
I will be going March 12 - 17, 2006. I sent WDW guest relations an e-mail to find out about this issue. They wrote back to tell me Roarin Fork will be closed during my stay and there will be NO mugs to use and only pick up and go items somewhere.
