I read that WL will be rehab'd January through March!

Does anyone know how they will handle people on the Dining Plan?

What kind of crazy crowds is this going to create for breakfast?

We were planning most of our CS 'points' as breakfasts and 1 dinner at Roaring Forks!

ARRRGH!

I believe the set-up will be a grab and go. I don't know where it will be located. We did not use Roaring Forks very much on our recent Thanksgiving trip. It was a snack stop for my DSs before heading to the pool.

Would you consider using your CS points for lunch?

Am I mistaken or is Roaring Forks the fast food little store???? I wouldn't think of having dinner??????? Whispering Canyon would be my dinner choice if I were dining in WL....Artists Point a little too artsy with the food!

We were told they will have a limited grab and go menu only like premade sandwiches. No refillable mugs will be sold as there will be no where to refill them. Last I heard, cans of soda would be sold. I will post more info as I get it.

Trails End is just a mile away down the trail, so that's an option for those who like to walk after dinner... (and before! :))

According to the letter that we received there will be a "small grab-n-go area". We were planning on using our CS points for breakfast there as well. We switched to POFQ. We've stayed there before and really like their food court for breakfast. Plus it saved us some money. Now if I can just talk my self into saying the double beds won't be too bad.LOL

You are not missing anything by RF being closed. That would be a waste of points eating there. There are too many other great places, even counter, to eat at. I would grade a breakfast elsewhere and use your CS points for lunch.
