Roaring Fork reopens fully from their rehab Monday morning the 20th. I will try and stop by there tomorrow to give a better report.

OK, I stopped by RF today. As you walk in, the room to the right is still closed so there are still tables out in the hallway and out by the pool. The room to the left is still where the food is. As you walk in, the grill part is to the right, same as it was before. I saw ham/cheeseburgers, bacon burgers, chicken strips and individual pepperoni pizzas. Kids meal of nuggets, goldfish and applesauce. Next to the grill are 2 coolers, one had bottled water and Gatorade, the only thing I specifically remember seeing in the other was PBJ uncrustables. Next to the coolers is a display case with bagels, muffins, brownies, etc. The biggest change I saw was next, sandwiches and salads made to order. They had 4 different sandwiches and 2 different salads listed. See thru case like Subway with all the fixings. The grilled chicken salad sounded very tasty. Big sign for the refillable mugs next to the soda station although I didn't see any mugs. Soft serve ice cream machine with 3 different flavors and a cooler with Mickey ice cream on a stick. Toaster and microwave on the counter. Register is to the right, right before you exit.

Hope this helps someone!

Roaring Forks used to be open 24/7. Sad that it is no longer true.

We'll be there in Dec. so I would love to know too! Thanks for "scoping it out" for us!

Just a bump ... anyone know if it really reopened today?

Sorry I didn't get there yesterday, too many things to do and not enough time in the day, but I will check it out this morning and let you know.

Can't wait to hear the update...we will be there at the end of April/early May!!!!!

Is there only one register?

I believe there were 2, right next to each other. Could make it alittle crazy in the mornings while everyone is trying to grab and go.

Can't wait to hear about it - does anyone know what improvements they were expected to make?? or was it just fixing things up?

There were only two before the renovation. I was hoping they were going to add at least one more. It does get crazy in the mornnigs with only two registers.

Thanks extraredstuff.

I think it looks great. Still think it could use one more register. Also, it is more spacious but they took the tables out of this area. I wonder what they are going to come up with the seating area?

I am so happy with the way it looks and excited about the soft serve yogurt/ice cream station and the subway type sandwich station, yummy! I am anxiously awaiting the seating area to open, hope it is a little more spacious.

The only place in WDW that they had the magic bars was at the Roaring Forks. Does anyone know if they are still in the bakery case at the new Roaring Forks?

If not, know where in disney world I can find them (aside from making them from the recipe off the Eagle condensced milk can at home http://www.eaglebrand.com/detail.asp?rid=650 )?

Thanks guys!
