Like a private shuttle? Like a taxi? I would just Skyliner, yeah you have to switch at CBR but the lines move quick. If you take a taxi you could end up stuck in car traffic I would think.

Here is the issue with EPCOT... You are going to enter from the International Gateway if you use the Skyliner. Once in EPCOT you have an additional 10 minute walk just to get to Frozen, Soarin or Test Track. In the meantime, everyone entering from the front of the park is 5 minutes or less to the same rides. Lot's of people pile up in the morning in 5 or 10 minutes. Ha
Getting to the front of EPCOT is important for rope drop.

From experience, rope dropping anything in the front of the park from the IG just means stress and futility...I wanted to rope drop Test Track when I stayed at YC last year. Despite being only like 10 people back, between the walls and the running of the bulls I ended up at Soarin anyway because the sea of crowd wouldn't let me go anywhere else (this was pre-Early Entry, back when they were letting folks in early and holding people on the bridge between UK and France). Wait was not bad but it meant I had to hit TT at the very end of the night.

The flipside is the major advantage IG guests have for Remy now though. When we stay at Poly this fall we plan to hit Remy during extended evening hours. Not even bothering at rope drop.

My wife and I were the first people on Test Track on both our EPCOT days during our last trip down. We then hit Frozen and Soarin and had all of them done within the first hour and 30 minutes in the parks both days. Again, another example of people doing WDW and having different experiences. Ha

Crowds were AWFUL the day I went...

I just have bad luck at IG ever since the advent of the Skyliner.

I would do the skyliner. For epcot you may be farther away from other attractions, but Remy is right there next to IG so you could definitely rope drop that and be one of the first on!

Everything changed with Remy. If you’re an IG guest do Remy and then go to others is what I’ve been reading. If you try to hit other stuff instead it’s swimming upstream because EVERYONE is trying to get from the front entrance back to Remy.
