Riviera resort pin when buying direct

Bought back in January 2020 and both of us on the contract got a pin each in addition to the one backpack and 2 magnets

I’m going to try to get in touch with member services and see what they tell me...my husband said “the only thing we got was the bill!!!!” Lol

We bought July of 2019 and only got a backpack.

We bought in September 2019. We got a pin and a backpack. In fact, we got the last pin they had!
