Riviera Pool Hopping?

Two questions as we prepare for our first stay at Riviera in the not-too-distant future:

1. Is pool hopping available at Fuentes del Morro over at CBR? We'll be at Riviera staying on our points.
2. My parents will be staying at Riviera but as cash-paying guests. Do they get pool hopping access? I haven't heard of this happening anywhere, but I read something about Riviera guests generally having the ability to visit Fuentes del Morro, so I'm curious here.

Pool hopping has been suspended due to COVID. During normal times, DVC members staying on their points and guests on their reservations can pool hop to select pools. Cash guests do not have that privilege.

There is not magicband access at CBR. You can just walk in to the main pool.
