Next September we would like to stay at Riviera for a week, how hard is it to get a standard view one or two bedroom at seven months?

Very hard to tell. They haven't declared a ton of the Riviera rooms into DVC from the cash side anyway yet. How many nights are you looking for? The the more nights the less likely I'd say.

I was hoping a week to 9 days, we might have to stay somewhere else.

I think the 1 bedroom right at 7 months may be the best chance. But it is hard to tell since this September was the first one and nothing this year can be used as a guide.

someone asked recently about BLT vs. RVA at seven months and they seemed to line-up pretty well; since we don't have anything better, I would recommend using BLT's availability charts as a stand-in

for room counts (to help you gauge standard vs. preferred view availability) ...

thanks to @Micah008 for the room counts
I never realized why BLT Standard View Deluxe studio was so hard to get, there's only 21 of them.

Do all the standard rooms have a view of Epcot?
Many do - we were in a standard room in the east wing (the side w Topolinos) and had a clear view of the Epcot ball with MK fireworks in the background, but not much view of the Epcot fireworks - a few higher, stray ones. I think standard view west wing (as long as it's not forbidden, haha) would have better views of Epcot without losing too much of MK fireworks (when they finally have them again)
