Riverside construction

My cousin just booked the FTP staying at the Riverside from August 9 - 16. I was quite surprised when she told me this because I thought there was going to be construction of at least a portion of the hotel. Does anyone know what rooms/buildings will not be available and what other parts of the hotel will be closed during that week. I want to give her a heads up so she is not disappointed when she arrives. Any info would be appreciated!!!
