Rivers of Light Dining Package Lookout Thread - NOW ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS

Can we not use dining credits for these? I booked a 10:50 breakfast at TH and on my reservation it says "Select Disney Dining Plans not accepted."

I'm guessing that refers to you using a Quick Service Dining Plan .....that wouldn't work here....

Having zero luck with package, but was able to get a regular Tiffins dinner... that said, anyone know what time approx the Rivers of Light might be? Hard to plan dinner at a normal time not knowing this...

Ah yes mine says that too. BUT I'm going to go off the website. If you look at the Jungle Book Dining Page under the Ferocious Fare section it says "

• Disney Dining Plan eligible"

AK hours have only been extended so far until Sept. 5th. Nothing is available past then at this time.

Just clarifying that the new show is going to be Jungle Book at this time. Rivers of Light will hopefully come later but for now Dinner Packages are available to be booked for the Jungle Book show through Sept 5th,

Both of these restaurants do accept the dining plan.

Please keep trying folks. I'm hoping we see more availability open at 7:00am EST when the phone lines open. I've seen this happen in the past.

My confirmation says that, too. However, we know that TH does participate. I thought I read last night that TH package would be one credit and Tiffins would be two.

Hm. If it doesn't participate, then I will stop looking for a dinner reservation and just keep the breakfast.

Would anyone recommend calling at 7 to see if tusker house may be available? I have never called to make a reservation.

Ah - I was under the impression that Rivers of Light wasn't an audience/reservation type show, but something anyone in the park could view (sort of like a parade or the castle shows at MK, or Illuminations?) If that's the case wanted to make sure that my "regular" dinner reservation at 6:00 gave us enough time to see it (though in August, sunset is pretty late, so I think we'll be safe!!) But if it's not, oh man, don't want to go through this again - lol.

Keep trying folks! Been trying since 5:55 with no luck but just finally scored dinner and first show at Tiffins for late August! Just kept hitting the button to check for the same time and date and finally got it.

Those Tiffins dinners have been appearing and disappearing since 6 am. So weird.

Just to clarify my answer, The Jungle Book show is in the Rivers of Light location, just based on the Jungle Book movie as the Rivers of Light show is not yet ready to be released. They're still working on it so have put a different show in it's place for now. Hope this helps.

Dinner times are available now where they weren't before.

Edited: I found dinner availability for Tiffins, not for Tusker House, on multiple different dates.

I finally found a 10:50 Tusker House reservation for 8/6 after reloading the page and checking different times and days of my trip. They're probably having technical issues, so unfortunately you need to be very persistent.

Hoping Tusker is 1 ts credit. When you read more under description ferocious fare at your convenience it states : tax and gratuity included - must be an error?
Still can't find dinner times for TH in Aug tho

I got a dinner time at Tiffins at 6:55 but for the first showing. I really just wanted a FP+ but those are not available.

ETA: I wanted the SECOND showing and not the first. Nothing was available after 7:00. I wonder if they are leaving the second showing for FP+ and standby.
